Tell us as soon as you can. Because the car travels on a shared trailer, a delivery date can't be moved once it is agreed, and a redelivery fee of £250 may apply. For a collection, tell us at least 24 hours before your appointment and we will book a new time.
If we can't hand the car over and can't reach you within 24 hours, we may cancel the sale and charge a fee of £450.
