You can return the car within 14 days, starting the day after handover, without giving a reason. To use it:
- the car must be in the same condition as at handover;
- it must not have been driven more than 250 miles, or we charge £1 for each extra mile;
- you must return all keys, documents and accessories.
We hold back £150 from your refund until you send us the V5C logbook. This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights.
