Email us at [email protected] to say you want to return the car, or ask us for a cancellation form. We confirm by email and call you to arrange a date to collect the car from your home, within 3 days of your request.
To meet the deadline, tell us by 8 p.m. on the last day of the guarantee. If you need to move the collection, email us before midday the day before — moving it more than once may cost £150.
